How do I find information about a medical condition for this site?

Go to the "KEYWORD SEARCH" box at the top of this site, type in the medical condition, and click on "GO". What is an IEP?

IEP stands for Individual Education Program and is required by Federal Law to be provided for special-needs school aged children with a special needs diagnosis. For further information, go to http://www.msde.state.md.us/.

Where can I get a diagnosis for my child?

From your medical doctor or specialist referred to you from the Childfind Division of Maryland State Department of Education in your county.
